Purchasing and scan-to-receive
Buy in cartons and sell in pieces. Deliveries are received by scanning on a phone or handheld: each scan matches the order, and the screen shows what is still to come.
Supplier items
Each supplier's own item code, carton size and carton barcode, with the last price they charged.
Scan-to-receive
Scanning a carton adds 24 pieces; short, over, not ordered and unknown barcodes are flagged on the spot.
Cost and margin check
A new cost is checked against your target margin, and you can set the new selling price there and then.
Goods received notes
Shorts, overs and damaged goods recorded for the supplier, with expiry dates per delivery.

Questions
Can I receive without a purchase order?
Yes. Choose the supplier and start scanning; the goods received note lists what came.
Does receiving work blind?
Yes. With blind receiving the screen hides what was ordered until the count is finished.
