Terms of use
The short version: use NanoPOS for your lawful business, pay for your plan, and your data stays yours.
The service
NanoPOS is a point-of-sale and back-office service provided by Hathor Engineering Limited. Plans, prices and what each includes are on the pricing page or in your order.
Your account
Keep sign-in details and staff PINs private. You are responsible for what is done with your account, including the sales and tax information your business records and sends to KRA.
Payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. If an invoice is unpaid for 30 days, we may limit the service after telling you.
Your data
The data your business records is yours. You can export it at any time, and we process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice.
Availability
We work to keep NanoPOS available and back it up. Tills keep selling offline, but we cannot be responsible for losses caused by power, internet or third-party services such as M-Pesa or KRA eTIMS.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
